Born to a Norwegian mother and Hungarian father, Margit Bisztray is comfortable between worlds, and happiest when staring out the window of an airplane. After completing her studies in Art History, she worked in Osaka, Japan and then traveled throughout Southeast Asia and Europe. She is an accomplished writer, producer, and culinary author.
