Skinny runners, or "Japanese runners" as they're known in the business, fill an important role for small spaces (such as beside a bed, or on the floor of an urban kitchen), providing beauty in a minimal size. This example depicts a mountain landscape, possibly the scenery during a migration. The design is organic, calming, and meditative as a vista filled with soft dunes.
