The most minimalist, modern design of Gabbeh, this style features an abstracted, geometric with blurred boundaries––as though dark wool shimmers on the light. This effect is an incredible achievement, one of the many we like to point out. It's as though the weavers were painters, able to control the "strokes" of wool as they knot. This rug would be as at home in a minimalist, contemporary room as in a traditional, earth-toned setting.
